The following are the Terms & Conditions for Kirby Fire Safetys Online Fire Safety Training Course

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you as an individual, or on behalf of an organisation, agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Online Course

All our course material is the property of and has been copyrighted and distributed by Kirby Fire Safety. Use of the course material is restricted to one user per login. You understand that access to this course material is for their individual learning only. It is not to be used for any other purpose.

In the event of group bookings, individual seats must be purchased for all subscribers within the group:

• No permission is granted for multiple group members using one login to complete the course.
• Members of the group must complete the course individually and a login will be provided for each group member to do so.
• Once the course is complete, certificates are generated per login and are valid for that individual only.

You also understand that you cannot copy, share, modify, transmit or distribute this material. You agree to use these Kirby Fire Safety course materials for the use intended – personal learning and not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy module materials (in whole or part) and not to use such materials except for personal reference. Kirby Fire Safety material means any trademarks, courseware, audio files, video files, data, graphics or other materials or resources developed by Kirby Fire Safety.

User Account Access & Deletions

Our time limit on user data retention is 12 months. This does not affect Group Leaders or Administrators on the site. It is important that you download your Fire Safety Certificate once you have completed the course. Access to your certificate is valid for 12 months after which all associated user data will be deleted.

Refunds Policy

Please note that our training programs are available as soon as payment is received. Due to the nature of the product, it is not possible to issue a refund once the training certificate has been issued. Refunds are not available to trainees who fail courses or do not achieve the level necessary for the awarding of a certificate.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must cease to use the online materials immediately.

*Please Note: Kirby Fire Safety Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of course completion.
